Develop Your “Toolkit” of Proven Project Management Tools

Successful Project Managers use a variety of tools to bring projects to a successful conclusion: documents, templates, processes, techniques and more, that the Project Manager can pull out of their “toolkit” and use on the project.
This class introduces Project Managers (PM) to many tools they can use in their projects and gives the Project Managers insights and practice in using those tools. Participants will learn about tools such as a Project Charter, Requirements Analysis, Risk Assessments, the essential Earned Value Management and others that a PM will use in managing all aspects of a project.

YOU WILL LEARN:

  • Tools and how to use them for initiating, planning, executing and controlling a project
  • Essential tools for planning and managing a project’s cost and schedule
  • Tools that support the Project Management Institute’s framework of Project Management
  • Tools for reporting to all stakeholders of the project

SO YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:

  • Draw on a wide variety of tools that help a Project Manager succeed
  • Be able to use many of those tools, understanding how they contribute to the organization and success of your project
  • Have some experience using the tools
