Negotiation Skills to Improve the Workplace

While many people say they do not like to negotiate, they often fail to realize the negotiation process is part of our everyday life - both at work and elsewhere. This course will teach participates how to best approach negotiations in ways that make it less contentious, faster and more satisfying for all involved.
YOU WILL LEARN:
- To recognize the most common negative tactics utilized by people and how to neutralize their effects
- How and when to apply some of the most effective negotiation tools and techniques
- To understand why your approach and demeanor is much more important than any particular strategy
SO YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:
- Have improved working relationships and resolve problems quicker
- Better understand of personal tendencies in the face of conflict
- Recognize the differences between what people say they want an what they really need
